Hosted in the Stables Tearoom, this immersive experience allows guests to learn a new skill in an intimate and relaxed setting.

Under Hattie’s expert guidance, guests will learn how to grow the best Dahlias for floristry. Then create a glorious arrangement with sustainable and reusable techniques, using the best of the season’s flowers - A great introduction to British flowers, guests will be using freshly cut blooms from Hattie’s farm just 20-minutes from Carlton Towers.

Set in the idyllic Cooks Kitchen of Carlton Towers, this half day experience is a masterclass in sourdough with the award-winning Luke’s Bakery.

“This course is aimed at all abilities; whether you're a complete novice, or an enthusiastic amateur in the world of sourdough, we'll have you mixing, shaping, and baking like a pro by the end of the course.“

You’ll take home the sourdough you’ve baked, as well as some of Luke’s sourdough starter to get you off to a flying start.

This full day experience is suitable for beginners and a great introduction to the art of Willow Weaving.

“During this workshop you will make a willow deer that is approximately 80cm to the top of the antlers and 127cm to the top of the head. You will learn the basics of random weave and creating sculpture with willow without a metal frame. This workshop is suitable for people looking to have a go at willow sculpture or to improve their skills.”
