Thank you so much for everything at our wedding on Thursday. It was absolutely perfect from start to finish.
The night before was great and we were so grateful that you allowed us to come and set up ready for the day after, the cottages was so cosy and chilled everything we needed.
From arriving at 9am on the wedding day to leaving after breakfast the day after all the staff were unbelievably helpful and nothing was too much for them.
Just need a special mention to our wedding planner Dannii. She was literally the wedding glue holding my sanity together. She was super efficient with reply’s to emails, any little question query or request from myself, my ‘now husband’ or any vendor she was on it and sorted before anyone could think about it!
The venue, the food and the staff everything was unreal, Thank-you again for such a perfect day I cannot recommend you guys anymore.

We honestly cannot put into words how incredible Carlton Towers was for our wedding day. From the moment we arrived, everything felt completely magical. The setting, the grounds, the rooms and the atmosphere were everything we could have dreamed of — but what truly made the experience was the people.
A huge, huge thank you to Danni, our wedding coordinator, who was absolutely phenomenal. She was calm, reassuring, incredibly helpful and somehow managed to keep everything moving perfectly, even amongst our inevitable wedding-day chaos! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as it should be, and knowing she was there made such a difference. We genuinely couldn't have asked for anyone better to help bring our day together.
And then there was the rest of the Carlton Towers team. Every single member of staff we came across was friendly, professional, attentive and genuinely lovely. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and there was always someone there when we needed them. They didn't just provide a venue — they made us feel looked after.
Carlton Towers itself is simply breath taking. There is something incredibly special about getting married somewhere with so much character, history and beauty. Every corner provided the most stunning backdrop, and our guests are still talking about how beautiful the whole day was.
Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be and more, and Carlton Towers will always hold such a special place in our hearts. We couldn't recommend the venue, Danni and the entire team highly enough.
Thank you for giving us the most incredible setting and helping create memories that we will genuinely treasure for the rest of our lives. 5 stars simply don't feel enough.

We had the most amazing experience at Carlton Towers for our special day! All of the staff were so friendly, helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. From start to finish, the whole day ran so smoothly, and the timings were absolutely perfect.
The venue itself was absolutely stunning, from the beautiful rooms decorated with perfection, the breathtaking staircase, to the incredible bridal suite, which was simply unreal. Every little detail made the setting feel so special and unique.
The food was absolutely beautiful, and all of our guests commented on how lovely it was. Everything was served perfectly and the timings were spot on.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was perfect, and we’re so grateful to all the staff for helping make our wedding day so special and memorable. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect wedding day!

Where do we even begin? From the moment we arrived at Carlton Towers the day before our wedding until we reluctantly checked out the following day, every single moment was nothing short of perfect. Carlton Towers itself is simply stunning. Every corner of the venue is picturesque, from the grand interiors to the beautifully kept grounds, making every photograph look incredible. It truly is a venue that dreams are made of.
What really made our wedding so special, though, was the team. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to ensure our day was everything we had imagined and more. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile. Their communication throughout the planning process was exceptional, giving us complete confidence that everything was in hand. On the day itself, everything ran so seamlessly that we were able to relax and simply enjoy every second, knowing we were in the best hands.

We simply can’t thank you, and the staff on the day enough for the dedication, support and commitment whilst working our wedding day. From the start to the end, every member of staff was amazing and nothing was too much trouble.
We are extremely grateful for everyone’s efforts on the day, with the amount of guests and the heat, nothing was missed, and nothing was too much trouble. This is something all of our guests also noticed, and many people complimented the CT team on their help and support during the day.
I’d like personally thank Seran the young lady who supported the bridal party. She did a fantastic job, and I will be forever grateful for the time she spent with me and the girls, and to make sure everyone was ok and everything ran smoothly. Ben and the grooms party were also looked after fabulously by Seran. She has a great personality and dealt with everything professionally but with a personal touch which was wonderful.
To summarise, thank you for all the help you have given on the run up, and on our day. It was magical, and everything we dreamed of.

Our wedding day at Carlton Towers was everything and more. Over the last year, we have worked with Dannii, who delivered on our requests to ensure our day was special with our family.
We did not want the typical large wedding but instead we held an intimate gathering with our family, which was just perfect from the very beginning.
Our coordinator for the wedding day, Joe, was just amazing. He truly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Joe provided clear communication and calmness which would ease anyone on their special day.
A special mention must be made in relation to our evenings entertainment of murder mystery. We requested some pillows and a white sheet to create a 'body' for the evenings events however, the team were just exceptional and had fun in their creativity. It was definitely a key highlight that everyone enjoyed.
Thank you to everyone who was involved in making our day perfect for both ourselves and our families. We cannot wait to come back to enjoy the many events held there but also, to reminisce on what a truly wonderful place Carlton Towers is.

We got married on 2nd May and stayed from 1st–3rd May, and from start to finish everything was absolutely perfect. The staff couldn’t do enough for us — every single member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay and wedding so special.
Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue was beautiful, the atmosphere was amazing, and everything ran so smoothly which meant we could truly relax and enjoy every moment.

We are a couple living in the United States and recently had our destination wedding in the UK. We chose Carlton Towers as our reception venue, initially because of its close proximity to Selby Abbey, where we held our ceremony. Since we were unable to travel to the UK to visit the venue in person before the wedding, we relied heavily on their website’s 360 virtual tour — and thankfully, the sales team was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. They even arranged a Zoom tour for us, which made us feel much more confident in our decision.
Throughout the entire planning process, the team at Carlton Towers was exceptional. They scheduled regular meetings and provided detailed checklists, which made the experience far less stressful for us as a newly engaged couple planning a wedding from abroad. Communication was always prompt, professional, and informative, and they consistently provided all the information we needed.
When we finally arrived at Carlton Towers, we were absolutely amazed. The property was even more spectacular in person than we had imagined. Every corner was stunning, elegant, and full of character. Our wedding day itself went so smoothly thanks to the support and coordination from the deputy manager and the entire team. Our guests could not stop complimenting the venue throughout the celebration. We only stayed for two nights, and honestly, we wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy such an incredible property and experience.
We are so grateful to the entire Carlton Towers team for helping make our wedding unforgettable, and we would highly recommend this venue to anyone considering a truly beautiful and special wedding location.
