TIME FOR TEA
Set in the grounds and under the magnificent gaze of the house, the original stable block is home to our quintessentially English tearoom. Treats include home baking, freshly brewed coffees and views of our Walled Garden Vineyard, born from Lord and Lady Gerald’s passion for wine. Dedicated to Lord Gerald’s father Miles, 17th Duke of Norfolk.

Stables boasts vineyard views while you relax and spoil yourself with lots of tempting treats. Bring your canine companion for a doggie treat too.

Freshly made delights prepared on site include a delicious variety of brunch choices or enjoy a light, “al fresco” lunch on our terrace. Coupled with a bottle of crisp sparkling wine, relax and watch the world go by!
bookable afternoon tea
Afternoon tea is prepared fresh to order and can be baked to satisfy any food allergies or intolerances. Choose to dine inside or on the rose filled terrace on warmer days.

OUTDOOR SEATING
Make the most of fine weather and take a seat in our courtyard area to have a coffee. With comfortable seating and parasols, this creates a great space to catch up with friends and family, or enjoy a quiet moment.
the woodland walk
Why not combine a visit to the Tearoom with a Woodland Walk? Walk towards the car park to pick up signs for the trail.
Activity sheet for little ones are available from the tearoom. Please note the route is not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs.
The trail is open during the Tearoom hours.

For family celebrations and meetings, The Stables is a less formal party venue, and comes with full catering or dry-hire options.
