We have three unique areas to stay: the 16 beautiful state bedrooms in the house, the Stapleton double rooms and our two larger Parkgate Cottages which offer self-catering accommodation.
Exclusive use at Carlton Towers includes the use of the 16 guest rooms in the house for 31 visitors. The Batchelors Wing, Nursery Wing and the imposing Clock Tower add a sense of grandeur to your guests’ visit. Each carefully curated room is rich in architectural features and artwork, whilst the rich décor embodies the history and heritage of the house.
Our Stapleton double rooms and Parkgate cottages are a five-minute walk through the park from the main house. In total, these can sleep another 24 guests – families or couples.
COSY COTTAGES & rOOMS
A short stroll along a tree-lined path from the main house, you’ll find our charming four Stapleton en-suite Double rooms and two self-catering Parkgate Cottages.
Each one has parking right outside and individual south-facing terraces. Wi-Fi and housekeeping services are included, making our Cottages and Rooms ideal for families or couples.

Most of our 16 guest bedrooms are named after family members past and present. Other rooms tell interesting stories from the past, such as Old School Room and Priest’s Hiding Hole. Each has been designed and furnished individually under Lady Emma’s accomplished eye.

Our village self-catering cottages can be booked for longer holidays in Yorkshire. Each cottage is crammed with character, comfort and good taste, to provide a relaxing short break for couples or families, or for groups when hired together.
