An Exclusive Masterclass with Nataliia Richardson from Great British Bake Off
Learn the art of elegant French patisserie with a masterclass from former Great British Bake Off contestant Natallia Richardson. Taking place in the historic Cook’s Kitchen at Carlton Towers, one of Yorkshire’s finest privately owned stately homes, the one-day workshop, takes place on Saturday, July 25, 2026.
Participants will learn how to create two signature patisserie elements under Nataliia’s expert guidance, learning professional tips and techniques and show stopping finishes.
The day concludes with a delicious afternoon tea with Nataliia in the Walled Garden Vineyard featuring savoury sandwiches, tea and coffee and an opportunity for participants to sample their creations as the sweet course or take them home boxed, for later.
The Carlton Towers Patisserie Workshop & Afternoon Tea with Nataliia is from 10am to 4pm on September 20, 2025, and costs £175 per person, including all equipment, sandwiches and refreshments.
Nataliia Richardson appeared on the Great British Bake-Off in 2025 and made history as the first contestant from Ukraine. She came sixth on the programme winning Star Baker along the way. Nataliia’s home is now in East Yorkshire.
The Cooks Kitchen at Carlton Towers is the venue for the workshop. Carlton Towers was recommissioned as an auxiliary hospital during the Second World War, and bakers will be able to see the two original black ovens installed by the army at the time.
