The Great Yorkshire Wine & Fizz Festival Comes to Carlton Towers Estate
Sample some of Yorkshire’s finest home-grown wines during the Great Yorkshire Wine & Fizz Festival, a glorious summer afternoon out at Carlton Towers stately home, on Sunday August 24, 2025. The festival showcases a variety of top Yorkshire vineyards including Yorkshire Heart, Laurel Vines, Rydedale Vineyard, Malton Vineyard, Knotdale Vineyard, Farthings and Carlton Towers.
Visitors will be able to browse displays from the various vineyards and enjoy tasty tipples of different wines. After the tastings there is an opportunity to buy a glass or bottle of wine to enjoy on the lawns in front of the house or take home. A commemorative wine glass as a keepsake of the day, is included in the entry price.
A BBQ serving products from the estate, Woodfired Pizza horsebox and bar, will also be serving food and drink. The Stables Tearoom will be open for snacks, and live music will be performed throughout the afternoon.
Taking place on August 24, 2025, from 1pm, entry tickets cost £30 per person (18+ adults only). House tours at selected times throughout the day, cost £5 per person.
Make it more of an occasion by extending the visit with an overnight stay. Parkland camping costs £5 per person or Carlton Towers’ luxury bedrooms cost from £170 per room based on two sharing including breakfast.
