WELLNESS RETREATS AT CARLTON TOWERS FOR 2027
Take the opportunity to reconnect, restore and regenerate the body and mind in a three-day retreat within the beautiful setting of Carlton Towers estate in North Yorkshire.
Combining yoga, nature, meditation, heritage and time to rest, the all-inclusive breaks offer more of a private house stay than a conventional wellness retreat.
Limited to intimate groups of just 20, sessions and workshops will utilise many aspects of the Carlton Towers Estate including its ancient woodlands and pretty Walled Garden Vineyard. While the dramatic Gothic style stately home will deliver delicious locally sourced menus and a choice of sumptuous bedrooms for rest and recuperation.
The carefully crafted programme will include yoga, meditation, forest bathing, massage and Reiki treatments, an historic tour of the stunning stately home and even a Carlton Towers signature lavender martini demo.
Guiding guests through the three-day retreat will be South African born Mariska Gunter a certified Vinyasa yoga instructor, Sylvotherapist (connecting with trees and nature to improve wellbeing), Reiki 2 practitioner and holistic masseuse.
Carlton Towers Retreats cost £950 per person or £750 per person, based on two sharing. Dates for 2027 are:
