CLASSIC CARS AND TEAS ON THE LAWN

 

Step back in time and enjoy a display of British classic cars in a glorious summer day out at Carlton Towers stately home, Yorkshire on June 22nd and September 21st.

Members of the East Yorkshire Thoroughbred Car Club will be displaying their classic vehicles on the lawns in front of the house, against the striking façade of the Gothic revival style building.

Also on the day visitors can join 30-minute guided tours at selected times, of the home of Lord and Lady Fitzalan Howard. Visitors can enjoy a picnic on the lawn, prebooking an Afternoon Tea Box prepared by Carlton Towers’ talented chefs. There is also a BBQ, Woodfired Pizza and bar and the Stables Tearoom is open for snacks throughout the event.

Carlton Towers Classic Car Day takes place on June 22nd and September 21st 2025, between 10am and 4pm. Entry tickets cost £5 per person. House tours at selected times throughout the day, cost £5 per person. Afternoon tea boxes are pre-bookable for £19.95 per person and £9.95 for children.
