Children’s Woodland Adventure Sessions

£25.00

We are delighted to be offering these sessions with Adam from The Woodland Adventure Company, who has been captivating children with storytelling and wild adventures for 15 years!

The sessions will take place within the woodland on the Carlton Towers estate, which is a 5-10 minute walk (some little legs may take longer than others) from The Stables Café. The Café will be open for tea and coffee, cake and lunch options, either to takeaway or eat-in.

Please note the route is not suitable for prams or pushchairs, unless designed for all-terrain use.

Also, please wear sturdy footwear and layers including a warm/waterproof layer in case of inclement weather.

Sessions:

Elf Rocket Adventure

Age: 2-6 years

Duration: 10:30am - 12:00pm

Location: Meet at the Stables Café 10:15am

The Elf Rocket Adventure is a magical woodland experience where children create their own magic wands before setting off on a quest through the woods. As they explore, they search for special ingredients like sparkling fairy dust and stinky troll juice, gathering everything needed to make magical potions. With a little imagination and teamwork, they will discover how elves use these potions to power their rockets and take flight on extraordinary adventures.

Finish around the crackling campfire for hot chocolate and toasted marshmallows.

Bow & Arrow Adventure

Age: 7-11 years

Duration: 1:30pm - 3:00pm

Location: Meet at the Stables Café 1:15pm

Adventure is calling! Young explorers aged 7–11 will craft their very own bow and arrow and set off for some target practice. After some wild games beneath the trees, gather around the crackling campfire to toast gooey marshmallows and sip hot chocolate - The perfect treat. It’s an afternoon of laughter and unforgettable outdoor magic, with explorers able to take their creation home!

A little about your ticket(s)

• Due to the nature of our business, all bookings and tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE to alternative dates or events.

• In the unfortunate circumstance that you can no longer attend, we offer a gesture of goodwill policy, that allows you to gift the original date/booking into an alternative name. Providing we are notified within 48 hours via email

• Tickets are only refundable if we (the venue) cancel or reschedule the event, under severe/unfortunate circumstances, of which you will be notified in advance of the event date via email and social media

• For events which include food please ensure you have advised the team of any dietary requirement or allergies at least 72 hours prior to arrival

• Some of our events are outdoors which (being British) we will be holding these come rain or shine - So please make sure you just wear appropriate clothing for the forecast

• Carlton Towers operates a cashless bar system, lead guests are encouraged to communicate this to their wider party before arrival

• Carlton Towers is not always as accessible in all areas so please just make sure you check with the team if you have any mobility issues

• Unless stipulated on your ticket please be advised that you cannot bring your own food or beverages onsite or in the grounds and we reserve the right to ask you to remove these

• Some of our events require you to share a table with other guests and please ensure you explicitly advise the team if you would prefer not to do so

• As designated organiser please can you make sure your guests are aware of these terms

• As a customer of Carlton Towers your details will be held purely for the purposes of updating you on future events and our GDPR policy is on our website however if you wish to unsubscribe then please respond to this email simply by saying Unsubscribe
