We always take robust measures to ensure that the wellbeing of our guests and employees is paramount.

We take immense pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our venue. And in response to Coronavirus, we have taken additional measures to make our cleaning protocols even more rigorous.


Please be aware of the following:

  • Hand-sanitising stations are located around the venue for your convenience.

  • Our state rooms are spacious and well ventilated.

  • Please book online and use contactless payment where possible.

EVENT BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the full terms and conditions before purchasing.

Due to the nature of our business, all bookings and tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON- TRANSFERABLE to alternative dates or events. However, in the unfortunate circumstance that you can no longer attend, we offer a gesture of goodwill policy that allows you to gift the original date/booking to an alternative name, providing we are notified in writing within 48 hours of your arrival. Tickets are only refundable if we (the venue) cancel or reschedule the event, under severe /unfortunate circumstances, of which you will be notified in advance.
