Glow Nocturnal Tickets include access to the house, grounds and inflatables. Includes one car parking space per transaction.

Important Information. Please read before booking.

Accessibility Due to the age and nature of Carlton Towers, access for visitors with restricted mobility, including wheelchair users, is challenging with the house being accessed via a flight of stairs. We wish to avoid visitors being disappointed to find that they cannot access the house and all the inflatables (a couple of which will be indoors), so if you are in any doubt please contact the events team on info@carltontowers.co.uk before you book.

One car parking space is included per transaction. If you require additional car parking spaces, you must add these to your booking before you check out.

Carers Visitors with disabilities may bring one accompanying carer free of charge when paying for a full price ticket. The carers ticket must be pre-booked. Please note that you will be required to present a valid proof of entitlement to DLA or PIP, Attendance Allowance, or a valid Access Card when you present your ticket. Please note we have a quieter session on Monday 16th February at 4pm

You must bring your booking confirmation with you and be ready to show it on entry. All tickets will be scanned at the event entrance.

If you have booked more than one car parking space, each car included in your order must have a copy of the booking confirmation to show on entry. The QR code will validate entry for the number of cars on your booking, after which it will become inactive.

You may be parked on grass and have to access Carlton Towers via uneven ground and trackways. Please wear sturdy footwear suitable for muddy, slippery and wet conditions. We will not accept responsibility for damage to footwear, or personal property, including prams and pushchairs.

The overflow carpark is not well lit. Please bring torches to assist your journey to and from your car.

Entry is by time slot between 4pm-8pm. The house and trail will remain open until 9.30pm.

Dogs Well behaved dogs are welcome in the grounds, courtyard and the Stables tearoom on a short lead. Owners must clean up after their dogs. Dogs are not permitted in the house except for assistance dogs.

A mother owl and her owlet glow softly under the night sky, symbolizing wisdom, protection, and the nurturing bond between parent and child.

NocturnHOG – The Enchanted Wanderer

This glowing hedgehog, adorned with mandalas and dynamic stripes, represents resilience and curiosity, bringing a warm, playful energy to the night.

NocturnMOUSE – The Moonlight Whisperer

A delicate dormouse bathed in moonlight, NocturnMouse moves with quiet grace, embodying patience, serenity, and the gentle magic of the night.

NocturnOWL – The Majestic Sentinel

With glowing orange eyes and intricate mandala feathers, NocturnOWL watches over the night, embodying wisdom, power, and serenity.

Set in the grounds and gothic splendour of the state rooms at Carlton Towers – a magnificent stately home near Selby.

Explore the Nocturnal installation at your leisure and discover the Victorian Gothic interior of Carlton Towers.

Food and drink available in the Stables tearoom and wood-fired pizza from the Horsebox in the Courtyard. The Beaumont Bar will also be open. Mandala colouring for children.

A little about your ticket(s)

• Due to the nature of our business, all bookings and tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON- TRANSFERABLE to alternative dates or events.

• Some of our events are outdoors which (being British) we will be holding these come rain or shine - so please make sure you just wear appropriate clothing for the forecast

• Carlton Towers is not always as accessible in all areas so please just make sure you check with the team if you have any mobility issues

• In the unfortunate circumstance that you can no longer attend, we offer a gesture of goodwill policy, that allows you to gift the original date/booking into an alternative name. Providing we are notified within 48 hours via email

• For events which include food please ensure you have advised the team of any dietary requirement or allergies at least 72 hours prior to arrival

• Tickets are only refundable if we (the venue) cancel or reschedule the event, under severe/unfortunate circumstances, of which you will be notified in advance of the event date via email and social media

• Unless stipulated on your ticket please be advised that you cannot bring your own food or beverages onsite or in the grounds and we reserve the right to ask you to remove these

• Some of our events require you to share a table with other guests and please ensure you explicitly advise the team if you would prefer not to do so

• As designated organiser please can you make sure your guests are aware of these terms
