Restoring the Lake
Work has recently begun to clear the surrounding of the lake to enable it to be used for teambuilding and as a backdrop for others events such as camping and marquee weddings. It will be available to be used to its full potential very soon.
Links with Schools
Carlton Towers actively encourages neighbouring, local and inner city schoolchildren to visit so they can see for themselves, through its rich variety of wildlife, the environmental and ecological benefits of conservation. We are currently working with students from Askham Bryan College, one of the UK’s fastest growing land based colleges, who visit the estate regularly to help with various elements of gamekeeping as part of their work experience.
